[Use] : Mesosulfuron-methyl is a systemic sulfonylurea herbicide primarily used for post-emergent control of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in wheat and triticale. It works by inhibiting the ALS (acetolactate synthase) enzyme, stopping cell division and causing plants to yellow and die.
